Artificial Intelligence ("AI") can do and does amazing things, but there are myriad ethical issues involved with AI. We will discuss the many ethical questions that AI raises and how to prevent them from having an adverse impact. We must be more diligent and aware of the ethical issues. AI has severe ethical pitfalls that we should understand clearly. AI is here to stay and we must understand how to mitigate the ethical issues.

Don Minges, MBA, is a fractional CFO who works in diverse industries at various development stages. His expertise is in profitability enhancement, strategic planning, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, consulting, turnarounds, economic forecasting, cost accounting and financial analysis. Don has experience raising equity for several growing firms and has invested equity capital into promising businesses. He has served on the Board of Directors for many firms. She has worked with Price Waterhouse, ALLTEL, and other leading firms. Tracy’s ability to communicate at both the strategic and tactical levels has given her the privilege of leading training with individuals and groups of all sizes throughout her career, both in the US and abroad. Tracy graduated from The University of Texas San Antonio summa cum laude, and is currently based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
